The awards aim to recognise reward thought leaders that make a noticeable impact to business through reward strategies and practices that deliver business results and support the objectives of their companies.

This year’s banquet was attended by over 350 people as we celebrated the winners of the three award categories.

• Standard Bank (Africa) Pty Ltd was awarded the 2015 Remuneration Report of the year award.
• MTN Group Management Services was awarded the 2015 Reward Project of the year first prize award to the value of R 30 000.
• MTN Group Management Services was awarded the 2015 Reward Project of the year first prize award to the value of R 30 000.
• Aveng were awarded the 2015 Reward Project of the year second prize award to the value of R 20 000.
• Dr Mark Bussin was awarded the 2015 President’s Award for his contributions to the reward profession in South Africa and internationally.
