The following position has become available for a Group Compensation and Benefits Specialist, based in Greytown or remote. The purpose of this role is to develop, execute, and maintain innovative, competitive, and legally compliant compensation and benefits strategies across the Plennegy Group of Companies. The role supports strategic business objectives by aligning employee rewards programs with organizational goals, market trends, and the Group’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Additionally, the role contributes to policy development, performance management, and group-wide HR initiatives. The successful candidate will be based in either Gauteng or KwaZulu-Natal.
