The Executive Committee of the South African Reward Association (SARA) is very excited to announce the 2012 SARA Conference taking place from Thursday 11th of October to Friday 12th of October at Gallagher Estate, in Midrand, as well as the SARA Reward Awards Banquet on the 13th of October at the same venue.
The 2012 SARA Conference is scheduled for 11 - 12 October 2012. The SARA executive committee would like to call on members to propose possible presentations that will be of interest to and benefit the SARA membership. We intend to cover all aspects of total rewards in different streams and would therefore encourage presentations, including but not limited to, groundbreaking Reward and HR practices, systems and interventions.
Call for Proposals
In an effort to ensure that the conference continues to remain current and appropriate for our members, we intend to include in the programme case studies, simulations, panel discussions, debates, etc. on relevant total reward issues that we believe many of our members are experiencing.
Interested members can structure and present their proposals in terms of:
- Case studies outlining recent achievements / innovations relevant to Reward and HR management; and
- Simulations of systems recently introduced

Exhibition
