Membership

There are 3 membership categories, namely:

CORPORATE MEMBER INDIVIDUAL MEMBER PROFESSIONAL MEMBER

Organisations register and pay an annual membership fee against which they can register individual members. Corporate member benefits allow 5 members free access to breakfast events, discounted rates for the annual SARA conference and access to the SARA library.

The same as a corporate member with the exception that only one person will be entitled to SARA benefits.

Accredited under the professional designation framework. Members have access to CPD events and will continue to be accredited provided they remain updated with their professional membership fees. Professional members, who are not also registered under the corporate or individual membership categories, will be charged attendance fees at other SARA events in accordance with the “non-member” category and will be invoiced accordingly for attendance. Professional members will be entitled to the discount at the annual conference as the conference is coded as a CPD event.

•     Receipt of WorldatWork publications in electronic format

•     Post graduate research material relating to reward management on the SARA website

•     Early access to remuneration governance requirements (Practice Notes for King III and King IV developed by SARA and the IoD) and workshops and networking sessions for those dealing with Executive Remuneration issues
